Distinguished Participants!
Your Holiness!

I am very grateful to you for your active participation in the work of Secretariat and constructive exchange of views on the agenda of the meeting.

Interdenominational dialogue in present day world becomes a very important instrument of unity and consent achievement.  Our today's meeting again proved the conception of the given fact by all peaceful representatives of different religions and cultures. All our aspirations bring to stability and prosperity, peace, safety and harmony at the planet.

There is some fine spiritual sense that Kazakhstani people, independent of their confessional, national and social belonging treat cultural and religious values of other nations with respect. Traditional unity of nations and interdenominational consent is the most valuable fortune which we can bequeath to our grateful roots.

Political and religious ultraism growth in many "flashpoints" hinders search for compromises, but in spite of everything each of you can make an equal contribution in peacekeeping and assent. Indeed, in this humane action the world community achieved definite progress, but radical decrease of number and intensity of conflicts, most part of which have religious nature is not going to happen soon.

We managed to come to uniform understanding of important ministry of spiritual dialogue after we have defined the date, subject and agenda of the forthcoming third World and Traditional Religion Leaders' Congress.

In the consequence of productive dialogue we discussed all the questions introduced to the agenda, approved the Protocol of the seventh meeting and defined the date of the eighth Secretariat Congress meeting.

I am confident that the achieved agreements will become firm basis for continuation of our effective cooperation.

With the feeling of fulfillment let me adjourn the seventh secretariat congress meeting and thank everyone for participation and given credence to our  country as the organizer of the World and Traditional Religion Leaders' Congress. I hope that in cooperation with you we will make a valuable contribution in long-expected peacemaking and eupathy in all nooks of the earth.

I wish you health, luck and spiritual power in your difficult and noble ministry in the devotion to humanistic ideals of human!
