2. Peace and Security
- Implementation of the provisions of the Declaration of the II Forum and measures on enhancing tolerance among religious unions and on the role of religious leaders in ensuring international security;
- The forum and its decisions have to facilitate a better cooperation and coordination among the Leaders of different religions in the sphere of international security;
- World harmony originates from religion;

- Supporting the initiative which contributes to decrease of military threats level, emergence of terrorism, religious, national and racial struggle;

- Preparing the Code of Honor of inter-religious dialogue titled as: Astana Declaration on The Code of Honor of inter-religious dialogue.

- Challenges of Modernity and Rediscovery of religions;

- Putting efforts to improve Educational and Mass Media programs to promote establishment of justice;
- Uniform distribution of values in the world, contracting the gap between rich and poor groups of the population (social solidarity in religion).
