PRESIDENT OF THE MUSLIM ORGANIZATION «JAMIAT SHABAB AL-ISLAM»
 
Salman Al-Husaini An-Nadwiwas born on September 2, 1954 in Lucknow (the State of Uttar Pradesh, India).
He holds a bachelor's degree as «a teacher of hadith» and a master’s degree in Hadith from Nadwatul Ulama University (Lucknow, India), the diploma of the Arabic language and literature from the university in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
From 1979 to 1984, he engaged in public and scientific work at Nadwatul Ulama University.
In 1984, he was elected the president of the youth Islamic organization «Jam'iat Shabab al-Islam».
Since 1988 – teacher of Sharia in «Nadwatul Ulama».
Since 1989 – dean of faculty on studying of Sharia of Nadwatul Ulama university.
Since 2000 – the head of the office of educational institutions of «All indian committee on protection of the rights of Muslims».
Member of the Council of religious education in the State of Uttar Pradesh, and the cochairman, the adviser of many Islamic training centers in India and abroad.
Editor and copublisher of thirteen publications in English, Urdu, Persian and Arab languages, which are issued in India and abroad.
He regularly attends international religious seminars and forums.
He took part in the conference devoted to destiny of children in developing countries (Abu Dhabi); a seminar on problems of modern Islam, Islamabad; conferences on research of life and creativity of the imam Bukhari (Samarkand); regional Islamic seminar, Khartoum.
He is fond of reading religious literature and studies Arab literature and history.
Participant of the I-V Congresses of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions.
