-The Director of Dongguk univ;

-The Emeritus Professor of Dongguk univ;

 -The Chief Director of Kasan Institute of Buddhist Culture;

-Executive Director of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism;

-President of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism (February 2006);

-The Chairman of Korea Buddhist Order Association.

Hobby: reading books, especially about Buddhist history
