Birth Date 1953.

Education: Graduated with honours from the religious yeshiva (institute) "Kerem B-Yavneh" in Israel, which provided him with the title of Torah Expert and Rabbi of the District and the City.

Business and Public Career:
In 1983 he started his religious career within which he worked as the chief rabbi of North Tel-Aviv, chief rabbi of "Tifferet Zfi" Synagogue. He established and led the respected religious legal college "Beit Midrash Yemek Mishpat".
He is also the President of the humanitarian organization "Ham Ba Lev", a member of the "Jad va Shem" Council, etc.
He wrote the 4-volume book on the questions and answers of Israeli people regarding interpretation of Torah and Halakha "Miam a Halakha". His 2-volume book named "Maahala ha Haim" was awarded with the Silver and Platinum Prize from of the President Moshe Katsav.

Languages: Hebrew, English and Yiddish.
